A proud mommy of one beautiful baby girl, Melinda has over 12 years of dental experience. She was born in Wyoming and completed her dental assisting certificate before moving to Las Vegas in 2000. Her years of dental assisting experience developed a greater love for interacting with patients and modified her expertise to front office. Melinda enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She takes pride in working closely with Dr. Banchik, and taking great care of our patients.

Born in the Philippines, Audrey traveled to the U.S. and pursued her passion for customer service. Her experience of over 7 years in the clerical aspect of dentistry has enabled her growth in public relations. She shares her love of food with her family, is happily wed and enjoys being a first-time mom. Hard work, integrity, and respect are values she shares with Dr. Banchik and her practice.

Carrie is proud to call herself wife to a National Guard Combat Medic. She lovingly cares for her 3 pound chihuahua. In her 12 year dental career, Carrie has perfected the techniques necessary for efficient and gentle care. Carrie assists the doctor with patient procedures, and is great in taking x-rays, impressions, and helping patients feel comfortable in our office.
